Insurance law would require accident victims to go to ERs within 72 hours

Tallahassee Accident victims would have to seek medical treatment at a hospital emergency room within 72 hours if they wanted their insurance company to pay the bill under a proposed change in Florida's mandatory auto insurance laws being pushed by House Republicans.
