Insurance Australia Buys U.K. Units for A$350 Million
Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Insurance Australia Group Ltd., the nation's largest auto and home insurer, agreed to pay A$350 million ($262 million) for Hastings Insurance Services Ltd. and Advantage Insurance Co., entering the U.K.
