FYI: Car owner is the one who gets red light camera ticket
Q: A car my son is in the process of selling was ticketed by one of the red light cameras while being driven by the new owner. My son received the ticket in the mail. Since when are vehicles ticketed instead of the violator? Since my son is still the owner, does the violation go on his record? What will police officers do now that they do not have to write tickets at intersections? Can the
