Shelby customers urged to seek other insurance
The 19,776 West Virginians who have auto, home or fire insurance with Shelby Insurance Co. or companies related to the Vesta Insurance Group Inc. of Birmingham, Ala., should immediately seek coverage with another company, state Insurance Commissioner Jane Cline
