Budget cuts, auto insurance on lawmaker's agenda Wednesday
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. Lawmakers will return to the Capitol on Wednesday for their third special session of the year, this time to cut the $71 billion state budget due to revenue shortfalls and perhaps restore Florida's expired no-fault auto insurance
