26 nonlife insurers failed to pay Y34.9 billion in insurance claims
TOKYO Japanese property and casualty insurance firms failed to pay a total of 34.9 billion yen in insurance claims for five years through June 2006 in 470,000 cases involving car insurance and other property and casualty insurance policies, insurance association chairman said
