Car-impound law back on table
CARPENTERSVILLE -- The village board is expected at its meeting Tuesday to discuss with its insurance representatives what to do about the $30 million discrimination lawsuit filed against it last week -- and decide whether to proceed with a car impoundment proposal that has drawn criticism from some Latino rights groups.
