Average auto insurance cost fell in S.C. in 2005
South Carolina s average auto insurance premium dropped in 2005 for the first time since 1999, according to a recent study. The National Association of Insurance Commissioners reported South Carolina drivers on average spent $752.56 on auto insurance in 2005, the latest data available.
